Yes it’s very basic… it’s almost cliche. But it’s always been something I’ve wanted to do. Just to say I’ve done it! My world is truly defined my electronics, internet and technology… so to do something that completely flies in the opposite direction of what I know feels like it would be a good accomplishment for my life.

Late last summer/early fall I almost had my opportunity to do this too! The nice people at Organic Meadows invited me to one of their dairy farms to get a better understanding of how they work and what makes organic better than ‘traditional’ dairy products. If you ever get the chance, make sure you definitely do this kind of tour because it was a very eye opening experience and I’ve been an organic milk drinker ever since. However, while it was a great experience and I thought I might finally achieve my silly dream of milking Bessy the Cow – No such luck.

So the dream lives on… to one day be completed and then discussed in detail. Milk a cow, an experience I think is worth having!
