From the time I was about 10 or so, I came up with this dream… one day I wanted to be rich enough to be able to wear a new pair of socks every single day for a year. Look, I know what you’re thinking – and believe me, it’s ideas like this that kept me out of the good schools. But the dream lived on, and still is on my mind to this day. I know it’s ridiculous. I know it’s silly… but I think it would be amazing…

Just stop and think for a moment, you get out of the shower, dry off and you sit down and open that fresh new package of socks… you pull them out and break that little H thing that holds them together. Then, your foot slides effortlessly inside, as the tight fabric gently wraps itself around the curves of your foot. Snuggly caressing your feet  in warm cotton which has never seen the hazardous and aggressive spin cycles of the washer and dryer, the sock feels perfect on you. As you stand up and walk a stride, then another, and another… your warm, cozy socks never stray from their mission of protecting and comforting your feet.

Now imagine you have that sensation every single morning! Yeah, you see where I’m coming from now. So one day, this will happen!

PS. I just assume that the above is the same content in this Shades of Grey book I keep hearing about.
