		<description>I&#039;ve just come back to Toronto after 2 years traveling/blogging. I&#039;m careful to warn people who want to partner with me, no way are 16,000 people following every single tweet, just like I don&#039;t follow every tweet from the 5000 people I&#039;m following.  I find people who shower bloggers with free things are just looking to report back numbers as a quick metric to satisfy upper management.</description>

Warm-up stretching, 15 min jogging, then dumbbells, push-ups, pull-ups, crunches. Polish with stretching routine. Takes 30 min. to 2 hrs., whenever i feel like it.
 
As for dumbbells, it&#039;s very simple and old fashioned, you don&#039;t need any fancy stuff at all.
Work on shoulders/arms/legs on one day, back/chest/abs on the other.
 
Proper diet is a must. Also, all of my training is done at home. Not spending a cent on fitness centres, videos and stuff like that, youtube has all the instructions for the excercises, the rest is your will. =)

		<description>I&#039;ve started my training three months ago, and i had the shape just like on the january photo. Amazingly, now my body looks exactly like march photo of that guy. I really wonder what next three months of diet and training will do to me. =)</description>
